Land Clearing, Brush & Fence Row Clearing
GC Contracting clears overgrown land for acreage owners, farmers and rural homeowners in Dallas Center, Dallas County and the west Des Moines metro. Whether you are reclaiming pasture, opening up a building site or cleaning up a fence row, the owners do the work and stand behind it.
What We Handle
• Overgrown fence rows and tree lines
• Cedar takeover in pastures and on timber edges
• Brush and volunteer trees along timber edges
• Building sites, shed pads and pond sites
• Pasture and hayground reclamation
• Dead ash stands and storm-downed timber
• Trail and access clearing
How We Do It
We walk the ground with you, mark what stays, and agree on where the debris goes. Our track loader with a grapple pulls and stacks brush and logs, and saws handle the rest. Debris can be hauled off, piled for burning, or cut into firewood. When we finish, we leave the ground cleaned up and ready for your next step.

Cedar and Overgrown Pasture
Eastern red cedar and brush spread fast across Iowa pastures and timber edges, crowding out grass and swallowing fence lines. Clearing it before it takes over keeps your ground usable and is far less work than waiting.
Clear Land in the Winter
Frozen ground keeps heavy equipment from rutting your pasture or yard, which makes winter the best season for big clearing jobs. Call now to get on the winter schedule.
