We’re Cole and Grant, and GC Contracting is our way of doing right by the community we call home.

Cole was raised in Dallas County, and he knows this land the way you know the street you grew up on. Together, we’ve spent more than ten years in general contracting, tree removal, lawn care, and landscaping, earning our living from the outdoors.

We understand that your property is more than just land. It’s where you raise your family, build your life, and make memories. When you hand us a project, whether it’s a tree that worries you every time the wind picks up or acreage that’s grown beyond what you can manage, we take that trust seriously.

You’ll work with us directly from the first phone call to the final cleanup. We’re fully insured, we show up when we say we will, and we give you honest answers, even when that means telling you something you didn’t want to hear.

Serving our neighbors across Dallas County and Central Iowa is a privilege, and we don’t take it lightly. We’d be honored to help with your next project.

Call or message either of us anytime. We’d love to hear from you.
